The Christmas tree in my tent is small
But it's still made several holes in the wall

The greenery's an attractive show
With holly spikes right through the floor

The ivy cunningly concealed
A vicious spider which bit my toe
With the right serum the pain will go

A snake then made a 2 pronged attack
Selecting a part of my, er, lower back
To attach itself to, a clever knack

The candles flickered through the night
A really most attractive sight
It's a shame they set my tent alight

The crackers had a special charm
The fire made them all go BANG!
I've powder burns all up my arm

The hospital is full of cheer
With staff all full of wine and beer
I should be out by the New Year
