No.405
18th April 2003
I would with you drink honeyed mead
And on wild nuts and berries feed
And let the dappled sunshine play
On our bodies as we lay
Enjoying the gifts that nature brings
To those in tune when heaven sings

When the heavens sing and I am by your side
Then such a call just cannot be denied
To appease those Olympian gods above
We will then, my sweet, make love
And if by chance this makes our spirits soar
Why then we will just make love some more

So all in all it seems to me
We will then such lovers be
That it will be difficult to deny
That little look caught in your eye
Which expresses that
you clearly see
The link now forged
'twixt thee
and me
