The alps are short of snow it seems
Or so I've heard report
But don't despair in your snowless lair
As the skiing comes to nought

For it's snowing hard in Bloemfontein
And I've just had this thought
I'll send you some by express freight train
So the skiers can frolic and sport

If you need more snow please don't hesitate
To ask and I'll try,within reason
To send supplies by camel train
Should get there by the end of the season

So enjoy the sun and the alpine booze
And pray that at night it will freeze
Producing the snow for the skiers to use
While you snooze in your duvet, at ease
