Chapter 92 The 5M league and the6M league. Many years ago, in fact many, many years ago a loose society of women (I think I got that right) was formed called the M.M.M.M.M., the Make Money by Manipulation of Men Movement.(or 5M league for short). This movement, and I choose my words carefully, was founded on the principle of providing an efficient service for a long standing need. That is to say man's need for tension release if he is to ever achieve the great feats of rational thought expected of him. The movement has been an unqualified success since its inception, enabling mankind to proceed in a rational fashion when all seemed lost for humanity. I do not feel that I have the need to further embellish my prose in order to praise this movement's great benefit to humanity. However, I have recently been the victim of a dire plot to destroy all the results achieved by these selfless women. I have stumbled across a, hopefully, small break away movement of the M.M.M.M.M. called the M.M.M.M.M.M., the Make Money by Manipulation of Men's Minds Movement. Often abbreviated to 'the 6M league'. This small , merciless, sadly corrupt, offshoot of the tradition has developed techniques to maximise its monies whilst dramatically reducing the positive results for its clients. The technique basically goes like this: Every woman knows that when a man says he wants physical stimulation what he is actually seeking is a sense of oneness. A climactic event is merely a release of physical pressure. What the man really wants is the sense that his partner in passion actually wants and enjoys him. Remember sex is just sex but a kiss is not just a kiss. Switched on women have always realised that simulating the appropriate responses produces two results. The first, obvious, one is that the man is satisfied quicker, leaving the path open for the lady's next client. A service industry needs to be efficient. However, the second effect which is much more sinister is that the more the practitioner fakes her responses, the more she deceives her client who becomes more and more proud of himself and amazingly believes that the emotional relationship with the lady is turning into love."Wow this lady really cares for me" he thinks. This is the effect which is often abused by members of the 6M league. As such a woman knows well, a man in love is rich pickings. Her income rises rapidly. When the client's sense of reality eventually returns it is to find that he is devoid of both money and partner, as she moves on to the next potential client. History is littered with such stories. Now, you may well ask why do I write this? Well, of course, this scenario has recently been played out with me in the dumb, leading role. It was all rather more subtle than this, being developed over a period of months, but here I am poorer and, I hope, a little wiser. I would merely like to warn my fellow men not to be so stupid, though I know only too well that they will not listen. I am not too unhappy to have given money to a lady whose need is greater than mine, but I do wish that I had had more control over the situation. As it is I end up feeling cheated and that's not good. Is it? So you members of the 6M league just stop it will you? You are not contributing to the sum of human happiness. ...........................................
